Pournami joined my research project at IUB focused on building social connections among older adults and did an outstanding job assisting with the study. She was dedicated, diligent, and consistently met deadlines. In addition to her strong design skills, she also demonstrated a keen interest in research.

Pournami proactively offered suggestions to improve and streamline the protocol, and I was glad to have her on the team.
