Pournami joined my research project at IUB focused on building social connections among older adults and did an outstanding job assisting with the study. She was dedicated, diligent, and consistently met deadlines. In addition to her strong design skills, she also demonstrated a keen interest in research. Pournami proactively offered suggestions to improve and streamline the protocol, and I was glad to have her on the team.

Pournami successfully completed her UX project on Alexa during the Spring 2024 semester. With her team, she explored key pain points in the Alexa voice assistant experience, conducted user research, and prototyped feasible solutions for the problem statement that the team identified 👏

I had the pleasure of working with Pournami during Visa's Climate Tech Hackathon in 2024. We worked together on a team of designers and scientists. I was most impressed by Pournami's ability to present our design solution to judges with clarity and design expertise.
