Pournami Pottekat is a Product Designer and Researcher currently based in the United States.
Through intentionality, adaptability, and empathy, I deliver actionable insights that drive product success — combining mixed-method research with data-driven decision making.
I'll be soon graduating with a Master's in HCI/d from Indiana University Bloomington in May 2025 (almost to the finish line!), but I'm originally from India, where I got my Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
While I take on various roles in projects—including design, development and product management—I'm most passionate about user research. It's always been the most rewarding aspect of my work.
I’m currently seeking for UX Research opportunities where I can make an impact in AI, Healthcare, Conversational AI, Freight Industry or other spaces challenging enough where I could grow as a researcher along with the product.
Feel free to reach out at pournami.work@gmail.com to discuss potential collaborations. I'm excited to learn about your product and explore how I can help drive its growth.
